I give this app 0*. I don't need any "ad breaks" every 30 seconds. I need to play the game and not be interrupted. If I might want to play an advert so that I can cheat a bit, then I would. The first game I chose to play is Solitaire. I know how to play it, which I have for years. Dragging the cards to the right place doesn't work; it put the card back to its last place. I double-tapped the aces and they jumped in place. I did this on another Solitaire app; double-tapped other cards and they jump in-place (which the other Solitaire app didn't do but like I said, dragging the cards doesn't work, so double-tapping all of the cards means there's no point in trying to play the game when you can just double-tap everything. I disabled tapping in the settings (where it's just called tapping) and then I couldn't play the game. Based on this, I say JustPlay is useless.
